Macaroni and Cheese
Does anyone have a good recipe for mac and cheese to share? I've never done it before, so it has to be simple (and preferably cheap as well)

I usually put a couple tbs of butter in a pan, whisk in a couple tbs of flour, then pour in milk, keep whisking until in starts to thicken, add some finely chopped garlic and onion, salt n pepper, and about 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese. Pour over some cooked macaroni, stir, top with bread crumbs and bake. Viola.... I don't have exact measurements because I always do everything by ear!!
