Hot Bean Salsa with Peppers

This is currently one of my favorite side dishes.
1.5 dl Kidney beans (5 fl oz.)
1.5 dl Small white beans (5. fl oz.) (I usally take small black beans instead, because that's what's in my pantry)
1/3 Cucumber
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper (or any color)
0.5 dl Chopped parsley (1.7 fl oz.)
2 tablespoons ajvar relish
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
0.5 tsk sambal oelek
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
1. Chop the cucumber and the peppers into smal cubes. Mix the dressing in a separate bowl.
2. Mix the beans with the vegetables and the dressing and add salt to taste.
3. Add chopped parsley on the top.
Preferably served with some kind of chicken, but today I fried some sausages and that worked well too.
